With versatile playback support, the MG-700DVR can support additional file types such as MOV/MKV/H.264 and RMVB files by using the included software to decode and stream these file types from your computer to your television. The flexibility is a step up from your traditional media players in which format support is restricted to the on-board codec decoding chipset. Elegant and simple face plate design complements any décor in your living room or bedroom. Last but not least, the DVR function will provide you the ability to record and watch what you want when you want, at a touch of a button.

Note: - Software will format the hard drive to 2 different partition. One is FAT 32 and the other one is NTFS. FAT 32 section is for DVR recording. The software can only format the hard drive up to 1TB. If you are installing 1.5TB or 2TB hard drive, you will need to manually partition the hard drive.
- File transfer over network only works on the FAT32 partition. The source file needs to be on the FAT32 partition.
