How do I return an item?

GogoFan.com offers a 14 days return policy to most of our products. Some products are not returnable if labeled "No Return", and all software are absolutely non-refundable. The 14 days return period begins on the day the shipment received to the day RMA number requested.

We do not accept any returns without a valid RMA. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and return to the sender.

Please refer to the following for all Returns:

A. Defective Items
  • Please contact Product Manufacturer directly according to the product warranty for all defective items and technical support issues.
  • We only handle defective item returns for manufacturers within 30 days of purchase according to our RMA procedure.
  • Defective items can be returned for Exchange or Replacement only, no refund.
  • E-mail rma@gogofan.com to request an RMA number.
  • Package without RMA number or after 30 days of purchase will be rejected or not processed.
  • Return item must be received by us within 14 days of RMA number issued.
  • Return items must have original invoice, packed in retail box with RMA number clearly written outside the box.
  • Buyers are required to pay for shipping fees to return products.
  • If return items were tested to be non-defective, buyers are required to pay for shipping & handling fees to have the item shipped back to the buyers.
  • NO PROBLEM FOUND (N.P.F.) Charges: If no problems were found on the return items claimed as defective return, we will charge a technician service fees at a rate of $75.00 per hour to cover for our technician labor cost. However, each customer is entitled to a 20% allowance on all N.P.F charges.

B. Non-Defective Items
  • Items can be returned for Refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fees.
  • Refund will be issued for product Selling Price only, shipping and handling fees will NOT be refunded in any situation.

  • Return items must be received by us within 14 days of RMA number issued.
  • Return items must have original invoice, packed in retail box with RMA number clearly written outside the box.
  • Buyers are required to pay for shipping fees to return products.
